In case you haven’t heard, Release Candidate 3 just got announced earlier today, and available for download.
And also, Mozilla folks announced that Firefox 3 will be released on the 17th of June, next tuesday!
Pledge to get Firefox 3 on Download Day, helping the good folks in Mozilla to set the Guinness World Record for Most Software Downloaded in 24 Hours! I pledged, now’s your turn!
On a side note, for those who follow my tweets, I was asking about what was the Firefox update in Hardy, yesterday morning. And I get a reply from firefox_answers:
@hantu The Firefox 3 update from Ubuntu was from Beta 5 to RC1 (you can get RC3 already from Mozilla — Ubuntu is still a ways behind.)
Ohay, power of twitter!

Pitch your idea, service, product within the limitation of Twitter - ie. 140 characters.
I think this is an interesting idea. Twitpitch removes all the useless information about an idea, service or product, contains only 140 characters of crucial information to sell your idea, service or product.
Invented by Stowe Boyd, to meet with startups in Web 2.0 Expo [1].
Get your twitpitch out to the public by adding a #twitpitch tag at the end of your tweets.
In my opinion, the effect of social medias to businesses is huge, and growing.

I have been using Twitterlex as my twitter client on the MacBook. Twitterlex is a Mac OS X dashboard widget.
I always wanted to try out something that is based on the Adobe AIR platform, and I found Twhirl.
The Adobe® AIR™ runtime enables you to have your favorite web applications with you all the time. Since applications built for Adobe AIR run on your desktop computer without a web browser, they provide all the convenience of a desktop application [1].
Twhirl is a desktop twitter client, that runs on Windows and Mac OS X. It comes with quite a few interesting features [2].
Installing Adobe AIR for Mac OS X
Go to Adobe AIR Download Center and download the Mac OS X installer for it.
Installing Twhirl
Download the latest version from Twhirl’s homepage. It comes in .air format, all you have to do is double click on it, and it will be installed into (in my case) Applications directory.
Setting up Twhirl
Setting up Twhirl took me 2 seconds, enter screen name and press connect, done!
So far, I am loving it.
